Advocacy is a big part of our United Way’s focus as we “fight for the health, education and financial stability of every person in our communities.”
Our United Way participates in a number of advocacy efforts on a local, state and even federal level. In early 2017, our executive director had the opportunity to meet with state and local representatives in their Washington, D.C. offices. Our United Way will continue to advocate on behalf of our communities, all in effort to improve the health, education and financial stability of all!
