September – December: Local workplaces run their campaigns
November: Small business & residential donor mailings are sent out
December 10th: Annual Donor Sweepstakes deadline
December 13th: Sweepstakes winners are notified

March 2022: board meeting is held to determine partner agency grant allocations based on campaign totals
May 2022: board meeting is held to determine pillar grant allocations based on campaign totals
