November: Small business & residential donor mailings are sent out
December 6th: Annual Donor Sweepstakes deadline
December 9th: Sweepstakes winners are notified

March 2020: board meeting is held to determine partner agency grant allocations based on campaign totals
May 2020: board meeting is held to determine pillar grant allocations based on campaign totals
