November: Small business & residential donor mailings are sent out
December 8th: Annual Sweepstakes deadline
December 11th: Sweepstakes winners are notified

March 2018: board meeting is held to determine partner agency grant allocations based on campaign totals
May 2018: board meeting is held to determine pillar grant allocations based on campaign totals
